Huntsville Career and Technical Education Letter of Intent Signing Day

What a fun day for students! Similar to athletes signing day, hundreds of students from Huntsville City Schools had a similar experience on February 21. Two ceremonies were held in the Huntsville High School Auditorium where students signed their Career and Technical Education Letter of Intent—complete with a stage, official signing hats (sponsored by Turner Construction), and photo opportunity.

These high school seniors have completed their Career and Technical Education Program and signed their intent letters in order to pursue a technical career pathway post high school graduation. Following the ceremonies, students also met with industry, college, and military representatives to learn more about future education and job opportunities. Way to go, students!
